Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

• Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before start time
• No-shows without prior cancellation
• Special promotional offers (unless otherwise stated)

Weather Cancellations

If an activity is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
