1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Enjoyner's websites, mobile apps, or partner integrations you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any platform-specific rules presented during checkout.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with a guardian's consent, and provide accurate account information. Enjoyner may suspend accounts for fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Prices are confirmed at checkout and may include local taxes or service fees.
- Payment methods include major cards and regional processors like Kashier and PayTabs.
- Booking confirmations are sent by email and available within My Account.
4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Modification requests depend on operator availability. Standard cancellations made more than 24 hours before the activity begin time qualify for a full refund unless a specific experience states otherwise.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
- Arrive on time with valid identification and vouchers.
- Comply with local regulations, activity safety rules, and health requirements.
- Respect partners, guides, and fellow travelers.
6. Platform Use
Enjoyner grants a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform. Automated scraping, unauthorized resale, or reverse engineering of the service is prohibited.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enjoyner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow such limitations, our liability is capped at the total amount paid for the booking in question.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled through amicable negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration in Dubai if needed.
9. Updates
We may revise these terms to reflect product changes or new legal requirements. Continuing to use Enjoyner after updates means you accept the revised terms.
